A written proposal
Scope, deliverables, timeline and a fixed fee. Scope is modular, so a review can be sized to the question rather than to a standard package.

Contract and data
Work starts on a signed Master Services Agreement and a project Scope of Work. For one off assessments, data is typically uploaded to a secure SharePoint site as CSV or a similar tabular format. For monthly assessments, a scheduled file transfer or, where more convenient, an API feed can be set up. Repeat work can be scoped under existing terms.
